The golf course was designed and built by Francisco Mendoza in 1993, It is set in a stunning valley and protected by the mountains of Vicar. The 5412m course is bordered by a fine array of indigenous flora and fauna, including palm and mimosa trees.

A terrace area is attached to the club house that overlooking the course. The terrace area, with panoramic views over the course, the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance, is the perfect venue for evening barbecues. Live music events are also staged at various times througtout the year.
