This 2 bed apartment is located in Los Atalayones complex, 400 meters from the seafront and promenade, where you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, banks and an excellent local bus service.

Los Atalayones

Los Atalayones is a safe and secure gated complex which is not accessible to non-residences. The swimming pools are gated and fenced to ensure small children can not gain entrance to the pools without supervision

The apartment has a sea view and faces east which ensure the terraces are bathed in sunlight from sunrise to late afternoon.

Golf package

The apartment's location is ideal for golfing holidays. During the winter months it can be rented for 30 nights, which includes rounds of golf every day at Marina Golf course. Other courses close to the apartment include, Aguilon Golf, Desert Springs and Valle de Este.

Apartment facilities

The master bedroom, twin bedroom and lounge are fully air conditioned.

Lounge

The lounge-dining room is a good size with ceiling fan, 3 seater electric reclining leather sofa, a single swivel chair, a dining table and 4 chairs and a book storage unit

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pans, kettle, toaster and everything you would expect to find in a well equipped kitchen. White goods include a washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and extractor fan. An iron, ironing board, laundry basket and cloth horse are also provided.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are situated off the hallway behind the lounge-diner. The master bedroom is a good sized room which offers, bedside tables with table lamps, dressing table, full length mirror and king-sized bed. The twin room offers one normal sized single bed and one oversized single bed. The beds have been chosen to ensure everyone has a comfortable night's rest and to provide extra comfort when four adults are sharing the apartment. Both rooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes

A fold away bed is available for a 5th person which could be put up in the master bedroom or the lounge.

Bathroom

The bathroom is fully tiled with a full length bath with a overhead shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.

Store room

A store room and it's contents are available to guests. It has numerous children toys, pool floats, sun beds, tennis rackets and additional terrace chairs.

Cleaning and linen (COVID-19)

The apartment will be deep-cleaned in accordance with the Spanish Government guidance prior to the arrival of new guests.

Sufficient clean linen is provided, however the apartment has a washing machine should you wish or need to wash during your stay. The apartment can be cleaned and extra linen provided during the rental period on request at an additional cost.
