The villa features a large kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, combi boiler for central heating and hot water, a 2 seater sofa and a computer desk. The spacious lounge has an open fire, water radiators, air conditioning, smart TV, 2 and 3 seater sofas and a chair. The lounge leads to a sun room with a large dinning table and chairs. Also found on the ground floor is a toilet and a double bedroom with air-conditioning and an adjoining en-suite bathroom and shower.
A second terrace is located on the first floor with views of the sea. The tarrace has comfortable seating, a table and sun beds, ideal for relaxing with a drink, playing cards or for simply soaking up the sun. Also on the first floor are two double bedrooms each with air-conditioning and a bathroom and shower.
This is a detached private villa with outdoor spaces for sunbathing either on the ground floor or on the first floor terrace. Access to the villa is via a smart NUKI lock and keypad. Before you arrive at the property you will be given a code to enter into the keypad which will unlock the door.
