These villas offer the opportunity for large parties to travel together whilst having their own space. The villas are located together in their own private grounds. Sunbathe, swim or play in the solar heated swimming pool, find a shady spot, or relax in peace and quiet.

Villa facilities

Each villa has 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one En-suite (Bath, shower cubic, WC, and hand basin) and a Main bathroom with large walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. Each villa sleeps 6, (7 with extra bed); there is an additional toilet downstairs. The lounge and dining room are spacious with comfortable furniture, Satellite TV, DVD, and Hi-fi with CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-freezer, Drinks Fridge, Hob, Oven Microwave and Dishwasher.

There is a laundry area with Washing Machine, Ironing Board and Iron.

There is a beautiful sea view from the villas, the beach is only a couple of minutes away and is close to a really good variety of restaurants offering something for all tastes, In the summer months there are water sports on the beach and there is a water park about 15 minutes by car or bus.

These villas are ideal for large golf parties who can enjoy the bars and restaurants in the evening and play a round of golf at one of the golf courses located near Mojacar Playa.

Mojacar Playa is close to a number of golf courses. Marina Golf course is located on Mojacar Playa and close to Garrucha, other courses that are a short drive away include, Aguilon Golf, Desert Springs and Valle de Este.
