Number 14 Desert Gold Villa, is owned by Ian and Elaine. It is a unique 4-bedroom villa within the Desert Springs resort.

Internally it has a very modern open design, including a large breakfast bar and a glass dining room which is ideal for social occasions in the winter months. It is beautifully furnished throughout with comfortable modern furniture, UK and Spanish TV, air-conditioning and fibre broadband throughout.

Outside there is a covered terrace where you will find a barbecue and dining facilities, a great place for lazy lunches or evenings dining alfresco. Upstairs there is a covered terrace outside the main bedroom upstairs with views to the golf course.
The property has a stunning large private pool which is segregated from the rest of the garden by a fence and locking gate to keep younger family members secure. There is also a Petanque area.

The price to rent Ian & Elaine's villa are set out below. The price is per night with a 15% supplement when you book 1 night only. When you book 6 nights or more a discount of 15% is applied to the total price.
