It is set within a lush landscape that contains over 5 hectares of bunkers which have been cleverly positioned to helps separate the fairways and greens and make the layout interesting and challenging. Major features of the course is 3 large lakes which come into play on 6 hole and the courses 6 par 3 holes with each par 3 hole creating a great challenge that require accurate tee shots to par the holes.
The shorter length of La Torre Golf and wide fairways makes the golf course more playable for the average to higher-handicap players. The course also offers a challenge to more experienced players with good driving required from the back tees, in order to find the fairways.
The parkland-style golf course is 18-hole, par-68 and 5403 meters in length. It emphasizes strategic play over length and features wide fairways, large strategically placed bunkers and water hazards. A good score card is achieved with accuracy and thoughtful shot play.
La Torre facilities and Practice areas
La Torre golf course includes an attractive clubhouse and the 'Woodhouse Bar' where you can enjoy a breakfast before playing golf or relax with a pint and lunch afterwards. Practice facilities include a putting green, driving range, along with areas for practicing pitching and escaping from a bunker.
Professional golf lessons are available from the pro-shop, with changing rooms and lockers to meet the high standards in terms of providing a complete golf offer.

Cheap green fees during twilight hours and low season
Green fees prices during Twilight hours are considerably cheaper than during peak times. Twilight hours change throughout the year depending on the hours of sunlight. They usually start at 14:00 during winter months and from 15:00 during the summer.

La Torre Golf Course was designed by the legendary American golfer Jack Nicklaus who design a total of 6 golf courses in the Murcia region of Spain. These courses are know as the famous Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail.
GNK Golf operate three of these courses; La Torre, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme golf. The other golf courses that are part of the Nicklaus Trail include, Saurines Golf, Alhama Signature and Mar Menor.

La Torre golf course is 26 km from the former fishing village of Los Alcazares which is now a thriving coastal tourist town. It is located on the shores of the Mar Menor which is Europe’s largest saltwater lagoon.
This area is a beautiful part of Murcia Spain. It offers 7 km of spectacular sandy beaches with a paved promenade that runs from Punta Brava to Los Narejos. Water sports include, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, snorkelling plus lots more.
