Hacienda del Alamo Golf Course is located in Murcia Spain. It is an ideal destination for a short golf break as it is only 14 km from Murcia (Corvera) airport. Alicante airport is 118 km from the resort. It was designed by Dave Thomas and opened in 2006. The Hacienda Golf Resort has ambitions to become Spain's No. 1 golf resort, it is already raked 53 in Spain by the "Top 100 Golf Courses" website

The course is a par 72 and measures 6,724 meters in length, it is currently the longest course in Spain. The course has been designed to satisfy and challenge all levels of golfers with the aim of becoming one of the premier championship golf courses in Spain.

The course has two loops of nine holes that are lined with almond and olive orchards with lakes, water features and bunkers that make the courses visually appealing.

There are too many holes to mention but the par four 6th has a demanding drive and the par four 11th is another favorite, with a trickily approach to a raised green.

The 18th hole needs a special mention as it is a cracking par five with water on the left of the green. This is another opportunity to spoil a good round.

Academy and practice area

The golf facilities includes a driving range and golf academy which has 6 full golf holes (Par 3 & 4) and two putting greens. The facilities provide an excellent environment for teaching and learning golf skills.

The course is popular with golf professionals and their students, who tend to visit Murcia during the winter months to take advantage of it's perfect winter climate.

The price for 18-hole twilight green fees start from 47 €. Winter tee-off times from 14:00 and Summer from 15:00

Green fees prices vary throughout the season. If you are flexible with your tee-off times, discount twilight prices are considerable lower. It is recommended that you book in advance, especially during peak Spring and Autumn months.
