Golf Resort's location
The Roda Golf & Beach Resort in Murcia, Spain, is a premium holiday destination located in San Javier close to the town of Los Alcázares. It is about one kilometre from the unique saltwater lagoon of the Mar Menor, providing an elite environment for both land and water-based sports. The Roda Golf Resort is only 3 minutes by taxi from the vibrant Los Narejos square with a choice of over 40 different bars and restaurants.
Apartment details
The apartments are not confined to a single block; instead they are strategically distributed across four distinct residential phases along the route of the 18-hole golf course. Phase 1 is the north & north-west phase where the apartment blocks flank the opening holes, situated along the fairways of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd holes
The 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are designed to be modern, comfortable, and often come with private terraces or balconies for outdoor living with views of the communal swimming pool and gardens.
They are fully equipped with air-conditioning (hot and cold) a fully equipped kitchen, living and dinning areas, bath or shower room, Wi-Fi and TV connection.

Golf course design
The golf course is designed to suit all levels of golfers and is set in a scenic location. The Roda 18-hole, 72 Par golf course was designed by Dave Thomas and is considered to be a good course to play where putting skills are key to a low score.
Roda resort sports facilities
Roda clubhouse has outdoor and indoor bars that have live entertainment during the Summer months. A gym, swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts and an all-weather pitch for playing basketball or five-a-side football are also provided. You will also find play areas for small and larger children
